Valentine’s Day came and went, but we enjoyed it.
My three boys decorated the front door. It was adorable.
We made pink pancakes. They were divine.
That same week I made these s’more cupcakes. We fully enjoyed them. Manny calls them utcake. We took some over to our neighbors from NY who were down for the weekend (that’s right, we live at the place where your full time neighbors come down to be our weekend neighbors). We took 3 over. Then we get there and they had brought down some friends with them. So we had to go back home and add more to the plate. It’s a good thing b/c it meant less for me to munch on every other second.
